MACCPAC Youth Leadership Summit, January 19-21.
MACCPAC is organizing a winter youth leadership retreat for high school students. The aim of our program is to encourage Muslim youth to be engaged in the American civic process and seek esteemed careers that empower the community. The importance of communities being involved in the political process cannot be overstated enough. The governed should have a say in their government. But this requires, having the right abilities that this program hopes to deliver.
Our educational tour of Washington DC will give individuals a better idea of how the government works its constituents. After completing this program, students can apply to MACCPAC's Young Fellow and Scholarship Program.
